The rented vehicle may be driven by persons aged over 21 who have a valid driver's license for at least two years, the renter or an authorized additional driver.
The renter may not, without the written consent of the lessor, sublet or lend the subject of this contract. The rented vehicle must not be used or driven:for further profit-making activities without the knowledge of the lessor (subletting to a third party, paid transport of passengers and goods...), to participate in car races and vehicle testing, to drive or tow any vehicle or object without the knowledge of the lessor, if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other medications, if the vehicle is not in drivable condition or is overloaded with passengers, luggage, or goodsover the permitted speed limit, for illegal purposes (theft, currency, and customs violations), to transport easily flammable or hazardous substances, if the renter has provided false information, off first, second, and third-class roads.
The upper limits are cumulative and do not exclude each other. In the case of a breach of these terms and conditions, the renter driver agrees to compensate for the resulting damage; the amount of damage will be determined by the lessor.
